Before to enter the public research, Caroline ROCHER was first working in the private sector as a technician in biochemistry (microbiological quality control). She integrated the CNRS? as engineer in 2003, in molecular biology (MB). She installed the molecular biology service of DIMAR? and then of the IMBE?. She is also involved in the training of MSc and PhD? students as well as researchers who wants to use MB. She developed several protocols for marine organisms:DNA extractions, cloning, in situ hybridization, barcoding, etc...
