Aurélien DE JODE is a PhD? student at the IMBE? (Mediterranean Institute of Biodiversity and marine and terrestrial Ecology). He has done his Master internship at The French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS), Roscoff Biological Station, Brittany in the team Evolutionary Biology and Ecology of Algae (EBEA), on the hybridization in the brown algae Pylaiella littoralis species complex: importance of the habitat? and the life cycle.
Before this MSc, he has done another internship at The French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS), Banyuls-sur-Mer Oceanological Observatory, Languedoc-Roussillon, in the team GENOPHY: Evolutionary and environmental GENOmics of PHYtoplankton, on the analysis of microbiomes associated with different strains of O. tauri using NGS data.
